Hello WIS Title Reading Students!
I hope each of you are doing good and getting a chance to get outside and enjoy some of the beautiful weather we have been having. I wanted to let you know how much I miss seeing each and everyone of you and talking to you about what you have been up to. I hope each of you got the postcard that I mailed you and know just how much I miss you and care about you. I have heard from several of you through email or Seesaw and I wanted to let you know that you can email me anytime. I would love to hear from you and see what you are up to! As you are finishing up the school year at home, don’t forget to be doing some reading aloud. This can be a fun activity that you can integrate into your daily activities with your family. Do some practical reading like reading and following a recipe to cook a meal or snack, read how to’s and build a project or craft together, read a family Reader’s Theater together taking turns with parts, or reading a short poem together taking turns like we do in class, read a book with someone taking turns reading aloud. Most of all, have fun!!! (If you do one of these projects, I would love to see it! You can record or video yourself on our class Seesaw! Attached are some free websites that you can get resources from, the link to our class website with other online activities, and our Reading Activity terms and Activities for other ideas to work on your personal reading goal. I miss seeing each of you please feel free to contact me anytime if you need anything, or just want to chat! I miss you!
